we can use the formula of the sphere

V=(4)/(3)\pi* r^3

and replace the value of the new radious

\begin{gathered} V=(4)/(3)\pi*(17)^3 \\ \\ V=(4)/(3)\pi*4913 \\ \\ V=(19652)/(3)\pi\approx20,579 \end{gathered}

the volume of the new ballon is 20579 cm3
