Dermal; ground; vascular
The tissue that is like the skin is the dermal tissue. The fleshy part of a plant is the ground tissue. The tissue that is like the cardiovascular system is the vascular tissue.
The dermal tissue is a tiny layer of cells that covers the soft parts of a plant such as seeds, fruits, roots, leaves and flowers. The dermal tissue serves to protect plants just as the skin. The dermal tissue functions by protecting the soft tissues of plants and regulating interactions with the plants' environments. It produces a waxy layer known as the cuticle that prevents water loss.
