Using the distributive property :

So, the answer will be as following :


\begin{gathered} 6(-3x+3)+(9x^2+8x+1) \\ =6\cdot-3x+6\cdot3+9x^2+8x+1 \\ =-18x+18+9x^2+8x+1 \\ \\ =9x^2-10x+19 \end{gathered}
