so its constant of proportion = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

=(3/4 - 0) / ((2/3 - 0)

=(3/4) / (2/3)

=9/8

so y:x = 9:8

K12 i just took the test and the answer is very simple the convert it to a decimal but in simplest form and the answer is 0
