supplementary angles are two angles whose values added together equal 180 degrees. so i took 180 and subtracted the existing angle (88 degrees) and the answer is the measurement of the remaining angle.
in this case 92 degrees is the measure of the remaining angle (angle 4)

Since angles 3 and 4 are supplementary, they add up to 180 degrees.
Angle 3 is 88 degrees.
To get the measure of the last angle, let's subtract 88 from 180.
180 - 88 = 92
Thus, Angle 4 has a measure of 92 degrees.
