To find how many solutions a system has, first write all the given equations into slope-intercept form, or y = mx + b format.
2x = 3y -1
2x + 1 = 3y
y = 2/3x + 1/3

6x - 9y = -3
-9y = -6x - 3
y = 6/9x + 3/9
y = 2/3x + 1/3
Since both equations represent the same line, the system of equations has infinitely many solutions. Hope this helped and have a great day!
