Your answer would be!
NO, in working 40 hrs x $9.20 he earned $ 368.00 overtime pay is $9.20+$ 4.60= $ 13.80 per hour $13,80 x 2.25 hours=$31.05 $368+ $31.05= $399.05 which is less than $400
