I would say D not sure if it is correct but I would say D or The mass of sodium chloride formed is less than 76 grams

I would say that the mass of sodium chloride formed is less than 76 grams because when hydrochloric acid plus sodium hydroxide react, they form sodium chloride plus water so the water weighs something as well which takes away from the weight of the sodium chloride.
