The given equation is

y=-2x+4

Remember that collinear points are those that are on the same line. So, in this case, we need to evaluate the equation using each given point, in order to find which one satisfies it.

For (-2,8)

y=-2x+4\rightarrow8=-2(-2)+4\rightarrow8=4+4\rightarrow8=8

As you can observe, point (-2,8) satisfies the equation, so it's a collinear point to A and B.

For (6,4)

4=-2(6)+4\rightarrow4=-12+4\rightarrow4=-8

Point D is not collinear to A and B, because it doesn't satisfy the equation.

For (5,-2)

-2=-2(5)+4\rightarrow-2=-10+4\rightarrow-2=-6

Point G is not collinear to A and B.

For (1,2)

2=-2(1)+4\rightarrow2=-2+4\rightarrow2=2

Point J is collinear to A and B.

Therefore, points C and J are collinear to points A and B
