During the 1950's, several scientists were responsible for discovering the structure of DNA. One scientist, Erwin Chargaff, found that in DNA, the ratios of adenine (A) to thymine (T) and guanine (G) to cytosine (C) are always equal. Which model best represents Chargaff's rule?

the answer is D for USA TEST PREP. This is deal with just DNA no RNA, So every goes to each other like normal. and it shows how every things equals each other

Answer: The moldel that fits Chargaff's rule is the two strand moldel of DNA in which a molecule of adenine in one chain is bonded to a thymine molecule in other strand, so it happens with cytosine and guanine. This model respond to the equal proportions between nitrogenous bases.
