6-2(-2h + 1) <= 5h +5+h

6 + 4h - 2 ≤ 6h + 5

Like terms:

4h - 6h ≤ 5 + 2 -6

-2h ≤ 1

Dividing by -2 at both sides and changing the direction of the inequality symbol:

-2h/-2 ≥ 1/-2

h ≥ -1/2
