Formula of the volume of a rectangular pyramid:

V=(l\cdot w\cdot h)/(3)

As you have the volume and the length and width of the base solve the equation above to h:

\begin{gathered} 3V=l\cdot w\cdot h \\ (3V)/(l\cdot w)=h \\ \\ \\ h=(3V)/(l\cdot w) \end{gathered}

Use the given data and caclulate the height:

\begin{gathered} h=\frac{3(200cm^3)}{10\operatorname{cm}\cdot4\operatorname{cm}} \\ \\ h=(600cm^3)/(40cm^2) \\ \\ h=15\operatorname{cm} \end{gathered}

Then, the height of the given pyramid is 15 centimeters
