In order to calculate f(-18), we need to identify which part of the piecewise function will be used.

We can see that the first part is exactly for the value x = -18, so this part will be used to calculate f(-18).

So we have:

\begin{gathered} f(x)=(x-6)/(3) \\ f(-18)=(-18-6)/(3) \\ f(-18)=(-24)/(3) \\ f(-18)=-8 \end{gathered}

Therefore f(-18) = -8.
