It would have to be able to limit transpiration and extract water from space.

photosynthesis
mainly the chloroplasts are found mainly in the green leaves and other baby parts of the plants. in the cells of green leaves abundant numbers of chloroplasts are found these chloroplasts are the sites of the photosynthesis
