B is your answer since the middle east connects the world together that why the early humans settled in the middle east since it had good and natural resources and it was a connecter to the rest of the world..

Now days it has plenty of oil, 70% of the worlds oil comes from the middle east..

I think the answer is B. The middle east is not near the unites states so it can’t be c. obviously every road does not pass through the middle east because of oceans, etc so it can’t be d. there are not that many railroads in the middle east so i’m pretty sure it’s not a. that means the only option is b. The middle east is in the center of three continents which would make i the crossroad of the world. i hope i helped!
