It would take you 5 minutes to ride your bike around the block and if you did that 2 times, it would take 10 minutes. Furthermore, leaving the rest of the time to ride around the neighbourhood. So, you subtract the 10 from the 70 and you get 60 minutes left to ride around the neighbourhood 6 times. You can now think of it as 60/6 (60 divided by 6) and that's how you would get 10 minutes to ride around the neighbourhood ONE TIME. Therefore, it would take you 10 minutes to ride around the neighbourhood once.
