Are salts that have water molecules incorporated in the lattice (or crystal structure)

Yes, hydrated salts have water integrated into their lattice. Different hydrates will be designated by the amount of water that they contain per mole. Hydrated salts also have completely different structures from their anhydrous counterparts.
