The equation fo calculate the speed of a satellite is:

v = √ (G* mass of Earth / radius from the center of Earth)

G = gravitational universal constant.= 6.67 * 10 ^ -11 N * m^2 / kg^2

mass of Earth = 5.98 * 10^24 kg

radius from the center of Earth = 7.5 * 10 ^ 7 m

v = √ [ (6.67 * 10^ -11 N*m^2 / kg^2) * ( 5.98 * 10^24 kg) / (7.5 * 10^ 7 m) ]

v = √ (5.318 * 10^ 6) m^2/s^2 = 2.31 * 10^3 m/s

Answer: 2.31 * 10^3 m/s
