Jessica can do 60 Jumping Jacks in 2 minutes Dale can do 150 Jumping Jacks in 5 minutes are these rates equivalent and can you explain why

Yes, they are. You have to divide 60 by 2. You get 30. Now multiply 30 x 5. You get 150. They are equivalent. In need of more explaining? If so, I'm always here! :) Do you want to know why I have to do these items?
