If Frank has an yearly salary of $52,200 and gets a raise of 8%, we should just calculate 8% of this value and add to his salary. To calculate 8% we just need to multiply by 8 and divide by 100, in other words, multiply by 0.08.

52200*(8)/(100)=4176

Adding his raise to his yearly salary we have:

52200+4176=56376

Frank now receives $56,376 a year.
