Divide 300 by 8 to find the unit rate
300/8= 37.5
He travels 37.5 miles per hour
If he travels 37.5 miles per hour, to find the amount in 4 hours we would do 37.5 times 4
37.5×4=150
In 4 hours he travels 150 miles
