1. The type of bond present in substance X is metallic bond. Metallic bond is a type of bond that arise from the electrostatic attractive force between positively and negatively charged metal ions. This type of bond exist in metal atoms.
2. The type of bond present in substance Y is electrovalent bond. This type of chemical bonding occur between metals and non metals. Electrovalent compounds usually have very high boiling and melting points and they conduct electricity when they are in molten form.
3. The type of bond present in substance Z is covalent bond. This type of bond occur in non metals as a result of cooperate donation and sharing of electrons.
