Number of calculators beta produces per hour of the prodution shift = 16

Let x denotes the number of hours per production shift.

Then the number of calculators alpha produces per production shift


=(533)/(x)

Then the number of calculators produced


\begin{gathered} =(533)/(x)+16 \\ =(533+16x)/(x) \end{gathered}

Then the desired inequality is


(533+16x)/(x)\ge60

Option C is correct.
