-6 because you keep change and flip the equation so....

8/-3 stays the same

you change the equation from a divide to a times

and u flip the -4/9 to get 9/-4

8/-3 X 9/-4

you can then just times the top and bottom to get

72/-12= -6

When dividing by a fraction you flip the numerator and the denominator and then multiply. So instead of dividing by -4/9, multiply by 9/-4
This will give you 8/-3*9/-4
Simplify
2/-1* 3/-1
Which will give 6
