A = F / m = 1 x 10^1 + (2.5) (9.3) / 2.5 = 1 x 10^1 + 24.5 /2.5 = 34.5 / 2.5 = 13.8 m/s^2

By using kinematic equation, V = 4 + ak

0 = 6.7 – 13.8 t

13.8t = 6.7

T = 6.7 / 13.8 = 0.4855 sec
