The wrong way to use quotations is "as a whole paragraph".

One should bring first a couple of words to present a quote and after that start it with quotes that hold the quote; from that point forward, refer to the writer's last name and page number in brackets and place a period or whatever accentuation you're utilizing toward the finish of the sentence.
