A=pi*R^2

And we will have:

A=3,14*100 => A=314

Now we need to know how much 7/8 of 314 is:

(87,5%) 7/8*314 = 274,75

The only thing left to do is the diference between the 2 values 314 (100%) and 274,75 (87,5%), wich will be:

314-274,75=39,25
