Answer:

Explanation:

W=Width

2W=Length

Perimeter = 2*Length + 2*Width

Now use substitution for the Length

60 = 2(2W) + 2(W)

60=4W + 2W = 6W divide both sides by 6

60/6 = 6W/6

10 = W

Width = 10 and Length is twice as long so it is 20. 10+10+20+20=60

The area is Length * Width = 20*10=200
