B

1) As we have some dimensions and the area of both parallelograms. Let's use the Area of a parallelogram to find out which one has a taller height:

A)

\begin{gathered} A=b\cdot h \\ 60=10h \\ h=(60)/(10) \\ h=6\text{ m} \end{gathered}

As for B we have:

\begin{gathered} A_B=b\cdot h \\ 40=4h \\ h=(40)/(4) \\ h=10 \end{gathered}

2) Hence the tallest parallelogram is the B parallelogram
