Hi there! Jesse is not correct. 27 is 75% of a number, which means that it is a number higher than 27. He got it mixed up what was 75% of 27, and that's how he got 20.25. What he should've done was put 27 as the numerator and then "a" at the bottom to get the real answer. When you solve the proportion right, the correct answer is 36. 27 is 75% of 36.
