The answer is from King Louis XVIII. Napoleon went back to Paris on March 20, 1815. Paris greeted him with a party, and Louis XVIII, the new king, flown to Belgium. With Louis only just away, Napoleon relocated back into the Tuileries. The period recognized as the Hundred Days had started. Napoleon, trying to upsurge his upkeep, began creating minor reforms, promising a more liberal, democratic society.
