It is given that Laura drove 819 miles in 13 hours.

Recall that the rate is given by

Rate=\frac{\text{distance}}{\text{time}}

So, the rate at which Layra drove is

Rate=(819)/(13)=63\; mph

At the same rate (63 mph) how long would it take her to drive 315 miles?

Re-writing the above formula for time,

time=\frac{\text{distance}}{\text{Rate}}=(315)/(63)=5\; hours

Therefore, it would take her 5 hours.
