First lets write it in point slope form which is y - 5 = -6(x+1)
Slope intercept form is y = mx +b
To change that into slope intercept form you have to first distribute the -6.
It'll be y - 5 = -6x -6
Add 5 to both sides
y = -6/5x - 6/5
