Notice that the line passes through the points (2,0) and (-2,3), then, we can find the slope of the line with the following expression:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

in this case,we have the following:

\begin{gathered} m=(3-0)/(-2-2)=-(3)/(4) \\ \Rightarrow m=-(3)/(4) \end{gathered}

then, using the slope-point form with the point (2,0) and m = -3/4, we get:

\begin{gathered} y-0=-(3)/(4)(x-2)=-(3)/(4)x+(6)/(4)=-(3)/(4)x+(3)/(2) \\ \Rightarrow y=-(3)/(4)x+(3)/(2) \end{gathered}

therefore, the slope intercept form of the equation is y = -3/4x+3/2
