14/5... change the problem to 2/5 × 7/1 because the rule states you keep the first fraction then flip the sign to multiplication and flip the 2nd fraction. 2×7 is 14 and 5×1 is 5 so the answer is 14 in the numerator and 5 in the demoninator... 14/5

(2/5) / (1/7)

You can make this easier to solve by switching the sign to multiplication and flipping the second fraction.

(2/5) × (7/1)
14/5

The answer is 14/5 or if you want it simplified, 2.8.
