2$ = Large bag of popcorn
1$ = Small bag
There are 4 ways someone can spend 7$ on popcorn
There are also 7 ways to spend 7$ on popcorn. If you buy 7 small popcorn sized bags that will be 7$. I hope this is the answer you were looking for.
