1) The Mayan people would let the sacrifices fight for their lives first then if the sacrifice lost they would have their body chopped into many pieces while still alive and awake, then they would bring the parts of the body up to an alter and pray to their gods to take the sacrifice.

2) They were tricked into giving the Europeans all their gold and wealth because they claimed to be gods that were destined to come anytime soon, it was truest a coincidence but it worked in the favor of the Europeans.

3) They obtained new land and meet new people who helped them survive in exchange to killing their enemies with their guns and for some foods.

4) They needed work to be done so they used the Africans to do their work for them because they thought that the Africans were gods mistakes and that they should be punished for being alive.

5) The Africans were forced into slavery and they had to do work for the white people. Life was hard and all they had was family until their families were ripped apart when the younger generation became of age to live on their own and to work away from their family and for other white families.
