The given coordinates of the vertices of the figure are:

R(3,4),S(10,4),T(10,8),U(3,8)

Recall the coordinate rule for 90⁰ counterclockwise rotation around the origin:

(x,y)\rightarrow(-y,x)

Apply this rule to the first vertex, R(3,4):

\begin{gathered} R(3,4)\rightarrow R^(\prime)(-4,3) \\ \Rightarrow R^(\prime)=(-4,3) \end{gathered}

Apply this rule to the other vertices to get:

\begin{gathered} S^(\prime)=(-4,10) \\ T^(\prime)=(-8,10) \\ U^(\prime)=(-8,3) \end{gathered}

Answers:

R'=(-4,3)

S'=(-4,10)

T'=(-8,10)

U'=(-8,3)
