You would multiply how much she wants to put in each cup (2.375oz) by the total amount of cups (24) and you would get 57 total ounces of fruit.

It is 57 ounces because 1 dozen is 12 so 2 dozen is 24 so you have to do 24 x 2.375 to get 57 ounces.
