The total surface area is the sum of the areas of all the faces.

The area of the 2 triangles combined is;

`\begin{gathered} 2((1)/(2)bh) \\ =bh=8*9.2=73.6cm^2 \end{gathered}`

The area of the 3 rectangles are;

`2(20(10))+8(20)=560cm^2`

Therefore, the Lateral surface area is;

`560cm^2`

and the Total surface area is;

`633.6cm^2`
