It’s D because the line goes through the y-axis through (0,1) giving us at least half of the equation y=___+1
Then you have to count from each point, for example, (-1,-2) and (0,1). You do rise over run (rise/run), so you go 3 up (rise) and 1 across (run), which gives us 3/1 which equals 3.
So now we have y=3x+1.
