The slope formula is

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

in this case, we have

(-13,9)=(x1,y1)

(20,9)=(x2,y2)

then we can substitute the values

m=(9-9)/(20+13)=(0)/(33)=0

m=0
