Given the equation;

6(2x-1)-12=3(7x+4)

let us expand the brackets and solve;

\begin{gathered} 6(2x-1)-12=3(7x+4) \\ 12x-6-12=21x+12_{} \\ -6-12-12=21x-12x \\ -30=9x \\ x=(-30)/(9) \\ x=-(10)/(3) \end{gathered}

Therefore, the value of x is;

x=-(10)/(3)
