Customer loyalty. This is because 80% of the whole population in the research already like it while the 70% will bowl there and 65% have bowled there already. SInce there is already a high awareness level, you don't need to concentrate so much on it. With the already high customer base, it'll be more prudent to just have them come back regularly such on weekends or events.
