People who don’t commit crimes can not see the point in committing the crime in the first place. This leads to them thinking that they must have hate in their heart, depending on how serious the crime is, and therefore they think it is a hate crime.

because people don't know that part of human nature and but then people blame it on the cops but it was not their fault it's the person that committed the crime fault
