the red light string will blink 20 times and the blue 15 60 divided by 4 is 15 & 60 divided by 3 is 20

The answer would be five times.
A common factor of 3 and 4 is 12.
Since there are 60 seconds in a minute, you would divide 60 by 12.
60/12=5.
Thus, your answer is 5 times.
