To see if they represent a direct variation we have to write yhem in the form:

y=kx

so we rewrite the four equations like:

\begin{gathered} A\to y=3x+4 \\ B\to y=(6)/(x) \\ C\to y=(3)/(6)x \\ D\to y=-x+6 \end{gathered}

So the only one that has the same form is option C
