Sarah is 160 cm tall.
Michael is 60 inches tall.
To convert inches to cm, multiply by 2.54.
So 60 inches * 2.54 =
152.54cm
Sarah is 160 cm, while Michael is 152.54cm
Therefore Sarah is taller
