The expression which represents the Perimeter of the figure is (2y + 2z + yz)

The Perimeter of the figure can be obtained by taking the length of all the sides of the polygon.

The Perimeter is : (y + y + x + x + yz)

Now we have ;

(2y + 2z + yz)

The perimeter of the figure is equal to sum of length of boundary of given figure. The expression for the perimeter of the plate is,

\begin{gathered} P=yz+y+x+y+x \\ =yz+2x+2y \end{gathered}

So perimeter of the figure is,

2x + 2y + yz
