the expression is:

(1)/(8)(-(4)/(3))

So to multiply fraction we have to multiply the numerator by the numerator and the denominator by the denominator so:

-(1\cdot4)/(8\cdot3)=-(4)/(24)

Now we can simplify the expression by dividing by 4 in the nominator and the denominator so:

-((4)/(4))/((24)/(4))=-(1)/(6)
